General Terms of Travel

Based on Article 29 of the Law on Tourism and Hospitality (Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 002/18 of 10.01.2018, 004/18 of 26.01.2018, 013/18 of 28.02.2018), Managing Director of the Travel Agency
ALLEGRA-MONTENEGRO D.O.O Bar, (hereinafter referred to as the Travel Organizer) on June 16, 2025, establishes the following:


The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Travel (hereinafter referred to as General Terms) constitute an integral part of the Travel Contract (hereinafter referred to as Contract) between the Traveler and the travel agency “Allegra-Montenegro” D.O.O. as the Travel Organizer, and are binding upon both contracting parties, except for the provisions defined by the written contract or the Travel Program (hereinafter referred to as Program).

These General Terms and Conditions are available to travelers on the Travel Organizer's website at www.allegracruises.com, at the Travel Organizer's headquarters, and at the sales locations of travel agencies with which the Travel Organizer has entered into Mediation contracts or Sub-agency contracts. The Traveler is obliged to read and review the text of the General Terms and the Conditions of Travel and the Travel Program, which form an integral part of the Contract, prior to entering into the Travel Contract, and to familiarize themselves with these documents (as well as with the individuals specified in the Contract), and by concluding the Contract, agrees to them. Additionally, the Traveler confirms awareness of the optional health and travel insurance opportunities.
